1. Can I pay by credit card?

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards drawn on U.S. banks. For your protection, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to deny any order for which this information does not match.

2. Will I be charged sales tax?

Purchases shipped to Massachusetts addresses will be charged sales tax in compliance with state law. Sales tax will not be charged on purchases shipped to other states.

3. How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped via UPS.

4. Can I return a MY product?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or just plain change your mind, you may send it back to us within 10 days for a refund, excluding shipping charges.

We will gladly accept returns (shipped at the customers expense) that are in new condition. Your original order number must be included. If you do not have the order number we can look it up for you.

5. How do I get the free gift wrap and what does it look like?

MY FREE gift wrap is simply beautiful and beautifully simple. There are no codes to enter - just type in a gift message at checkout - your purchase will be wrapped in a gorgeous silver organdy bag with your message on the gift tag.

6. How should I care for a MY handbag or tote?

MY oilcloth products are made of coated cotton - to clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth. Do not put them in the washing machine or use detergents on them.

7. Are MY handbags and totes under warranty?

For 6 months from date of purchase, we warranty our products for defects encountered in manufacturing and workmanship. Now if you go and do something like let your dog use it as a chew toy or leave it at the beach during high tide, well that's just plain silly. You get the idea.

We will evaluate any product returned to us and replace, repair or refund at our discretion.

8. How do you handle my personal information?

Credit Card information submitted for online orders is encrypted using industry standard SSL encryption.
We do not sell or share your personnel information with anyone.
We use cookies only for the functionality of our shopping cart software and monitoring website traffic.

9. I'm a retailer. How do I set up a wholesale account?
